Dior-Chella | Coachella

When organizing my Coachella wardrobe, I directly had to think of the breathtaking Dior Cruise collection Dior presented in California about one year ago. Maria Grazia Chiuri chose a stunning location (even featuring some hot air balons) with created the ideal setting for the Cruise collection. For the collection she went through the archives and came across the house founder’s Lascaux collection of 1951 which was inspired by ancient cave paintings. Desert bustier dresses, suede fringed jackets, embroidered tulle skirt and my dream rainbow patches dress – The collection was unbelievably inspiring and I knew it would be the most stylish interpretation of a desert look I could dream of…

The happier I was, when I had the honor to wear one of these special pieces for the Coachella festival: the rainbow patchwork dress with a semi transparent bustier and signature Dior straps, a red Dioraddict bag with matching, colorful strap and the coolest Dior hat I was wearing around my neck or on my head (especially when the sun was still very strong!) I decided to wear the Dior look at the night of all nights during festival season: Beyonce`s night. Wearing this amazing dress gave me some Beyoncé feels myself because I felt classy, feminine and strong in this beautiful dress. I got so many compliments for the dress from people I`ve never met before (who even wanted pictures just of the dress), from a lot of you, guys, and from other bloggers I met. It was a dream came true turning Bey-Chella into Dior-Chella and I’m happy to finally share all the pictures of this look with you! Kisses, Leonie
